Ohhhh great

What a joke this is turning into...I apologize for those that actually read this blog, however I can't stand this and I am hoping that maybe someday I'll be able to figure this out and continue to write on this. A few weeks ago I four that I could no longer write or get to my account unless I arrangerd to have a gmail account. I really don't like google, and I didn't want to do it, but since I could write anymore until I did I went ahead and created one. The problem now is that Blogger thinks that I am in South Korea...they are right, however I never asked them to change the language that appears on the screen. There are two problems with this...my computer has trouble creating the Korean characters, they just usually appear as squares, the second problem is that even if it did appear as normal Korean characters I wouldn't be able to understand them. The set up is all the same, I'm just looking at a bunch of little squares all over my screen trying to remember which ones of these were the post ones.

Just a few things for those who read this and are wondering what my decision is for next year. Some might be happy and some might be sad and yet others will be left in the dark for a while longer. I have told my current school here in South Korea that they can interview for my job. They have had a few prospects however nothing has panned out as of yet. I have been looking everywhere for a job. Nothing firm has happened yet. If nothing happens on either front soon, I might go ahead and sign for another year. The Lord is really taeching me patience and humbleness throughout this process. The Lord love to tell me what to do at the very last possible second. He did that with bringing me over here, and He is doing it again. I think that He knows that I work best under pressure and so He waits and waits. Kind of like not doing your term paper until the night before it is due.

Speaking of which I am taking a college class to help renew my teaching certificate. It is called "Discipline With Dignity" It is a secular class from a secular universtiy, however, I need the credits, and since discipline is one of the things that I think I struggle with the most, I feel that this is the right class for me to take. It is a lot of work, both reading and writing. Of which it has been a long time since I have done either. I don't usually work this hard, but I really want to get a good grade in this class. Also during this time, I don't know how many of you remember, but it is that time of year again where I am coaching soccer again. We are practicing everyday in hopes of repeating as conferance champions again. I probably have a better team this year than I did last year, and that is a scary thought. The team last year scored 101 goals in 10 games while only giving up 3. And to be a better team from that....I would be scared if I had to play us. Along with the class and soccer, we also are looking at going to something called "Far East." It is a tournament for teams from all over Asia. We would be going to Japan for about a week, as a team, and cometeing with other schools from around Asia. To do so we are doing some fundraising here at school and at our games. It is looking like we would need about 350-500 per person to make this possible. I have 14 on the team and 2 coaches. So you can see that this is a huge mountain to overcome. But God is good and if this is something that He wants us to do, than I have no fears.

I know that this is something that I should be updating more often, and I hope to be as soon as I figure this whole thing out. It is 2:45 in the morning and I can't sleep so I think I might go do some reading for my class. I look forward to seeing you soon, or talking with you. I love you guys.

Oh yeah I totally forgot, if you go to www.youtube.com you can see me skiing here in Korea. I have uploaded some videos from our trip...I really think they are cool. I also am finding all kinds of things on that site...you can search for anything and find it. I was able to find Larnelle Harris singing, Steven Curtis Chapman singing. Someone even put a camera on the top of their car and drove through Simi Valley, sped up the tape and you can tour all of Simi Valley in like 7 minutes. To find my two videos so far, just type in my name in the search bar "Aaron Harring" and they should pop up...enjoy and tell me what you think.

Peace out...later on
